SHIPPING POLICY

What You Need to Know

Custom Woodworks utilizes USPS flat rate shipping boxes (larger products such as game calls and kitchen utensils) and envelops (smaller products such as pens). Shipping rates will be posted with each item. Any order exceeding $100.00 will qualify for free shipping.

RETURNS

How It Works

Returns are accepted within 15 days of the purchase date. An email stating the reason for the return is encouraged within the 15 day time frame to aide quality control and prompt return service.
